Cans Filling Production Line

Cans close by seaming rather than capping, which changes the filler, the handling and the downstream equipment. Representative cans, ends and product conditions are made available for testing before the line is accepted.

Process flow

   Can rinser and handling configured for the agreed can and end dimensions.

2. 02

   Filling

   Fill volume controlled against the representative product conditions.

3. 03

   Seaming

   Seam quality measured — double-seam inspection is part of acceptance.

4. 04

   Coding & packaging

   Date coding, secondary packaging and palletising in the required format.

5. 05

   Acceptance test

   Saleable output confirmed with representative cans, ends and product.
