Blowing turns PET preforms into finished bottles at the front of the line, and the quality of that process — uniform wall thickness, consistent geometry — directly affects fill accuracy and closure integrity downstream. The six-cavity system handles 500 ml, 750 ml and 850 ml preforms, with a preform heater that ensures uniform heating before each blow cycle.

HP air compressors are sized for the blowing process and supplied as part of the package, because under-specified compressors are the most common cause of inconsistent bottle quality in blowing operations. An air conveyor connects the blowing output to the buffer stage, and buffer conveyors of up to 150 m decouple blowing from filling so a brief stoppage at one station does not halt the whole line. The turnkey blowing package includes factory layout, installation, electrical works and operator training.
