Secondary packaging is what determines how product reaches the distributor and what the retailer receives. A correctly filled, closed and labelled bottle that arrives at the depot in a broken or poorly formed pack is unsaleable. Seven Zillions closes every production line with automatic PE film wrapping into shrink packs and automatic palletising in the agreed distribution format.

Pack format — bottles per pack, pack geometry, film weight — is agreed against the actual distribution and retail requirements before the equipment is ordered. Coding is carried through from the bottle to the pack level so traceability is maintained across the complete unit of distribution. Palletising formats are confirmed for the destination market's pallet dimensions and stacking limits. The packaging stage is accepted as part of the complete line acceptance test, not separately.
