Water treatment systems

Water quality determines product quality — and a water treatment plant sized to the wrong capacity or specified from the wrong raw-water analysis will produce unstable output regardless of how good the filling equipment is. Seven Zillions designs and supplies treatment systems around a recent raw-water analysis and the hourly demand of the production line, not off a standard catalogue.

The standard configuration for a bottled-water line is a 10 T/H reverse-osmosis plant. Pretreatment handles feed-water preparation — multi-media filtration, activated carbon, softener, iron and manganese removal. The RO stage reduces dissolved salts to the required treated-water standard. Terminal treatment with ozone and UV finishes the process before water is stored and supplied to the filling line. After-sales support on the treatment plant runs for 24 months.
