Filling machines

The filling station is where line quality is either built or lost. Fill level, closure integrity and saleable output all start here — not at the packaging end. Seven Zillions supplies rinsing, filling and capping units as a single mono-block so that three critical operations happen in one controlled environment, with no exposed bottle between rinse and cap.

The cap steriliser and cap elevator are included as standard, not optional extras, because hygiene failures at the cap stage produce defective product that only shows up after distribution. Line speeds range from 2,000 to 36,000 containers per hour and the mono-block is configured for the specific product — still water, juice, carbonated soft drink or canned beverage — before it leaves the factory.
