Juice Filling Production Line

Juice carries formulation-sensitive properties that decide the processing method, the fill technology and the cleaning schedule. Some projects can share selected downstream equipment, but the filling technology and product circuit must be reviewed before anything is committed.

Process flow

   Formulation review

   Beverage list, formulation-sensitive properties and required processing method are confirmed first.

2. 02

   Processing

   Mixing and blending configured to the product, with hygiene designed into the circuit.

3. 03

   Filling

   A compatible shared configuration or a separate filler, recommended on the actual products.

4. 04

   Closure & inspection

   Fill quantity, closure quality and package appearance checked against agreed criteria.

5. 05

   Labelling & packing

   Labeling, coding, secondary packaging and palletising in the required format.
