Labelling and coding are the last operations that determine whether a filled, closed bottle is legally saleable. Regulatory and brand information must be applied accurately and verified in the same pass — not checked at a separate inspection station that creates a bottleneck. Seven Zillions supplies automatic stick labeling and OPP labeling machines together with a laser printer for date coding and batch numbering.

Change parts for the approved container range are confirmed at the time of order so that format changes on the line do not require sourcing parts after installation. Label presence and position are checked in-line. The laser coder eliminates consumable ink costs and produces permanent, tamper-evident coding that meets export market requirements. Both labeling formats — stick and OPP wrap-around — are available as a combined system or separately depending on the packaging range.
